No. It is a short guidance call after registration to understand your goal, routine and body comfort — and to suggest the right session plan for you.
Are these sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes. The sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly and guided step by step. You do not need any prior yoga experience.
Are the sessions live?
Yes, all sessions are conducted live online. You attend in real time and receive personalised attention and feedback during the class.
What do I need for class?
A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and a quiet space at home. That is all you need to begin.
Can I join from any city?
Yes. These are fully online sessions, so you can join from anywhere in India or abroad as long as you have a stable internet connection.
What is the group class fee?
Group classes are ₹1,500 for Monday to Friday live online sessions.
What is the one-on-one session fee?
One-on-one personalised sessions are ₹4,500 for 4 days a week.
What is the meditation drop-in session?
A 30-minute guided meditation and breath awareness session priced at ₹399. Ideal for a calm mental reset, no prior experience needed.
Can I join if I am not flexible?
Absolutely. You do not need to be flexible to begin — that is the whole point. Flexibility develops with time and consistent practice at your own pace.
